emancipation
i was wondering if i could get emancipated at 15? i feel like all im at my house for is to clean and watch my lilttle sister i have a life and i feel like a can support my self. I would save my dad money since he always complains.

Based on what you stated in your question you'll have a hard time convinving a judge to authorize emancipation at age fifteen. A judge in district court has the power to do so, but he/she can be predicted to strongly resist that action without some highly exceptional circumstances. Amazingly, it's really not a long time until you're 18 and, if you're like most of us, you'll look back and wish you could have some of those days back again. Good luck.
