enforce foreign child support order in us

Divorced in Kenya in 2005 w/ child support order. Husband moved to OK and stopped paying child support in 2007. How do i get a foreign child support order enforced in the US specifically Ok. We are both US cititzens but worked in Kenya for National Geographic. He now works for OK City Zoo and has remarried. What statutes govern this area of law? Case Law?
