Not necessarily. Lawyers can be business-people too, and you don't have to do real estate business with him/her. The ethics question involves a matter of disclosure. The attorney can't take advantage of his special relationship with the client, but if he/she is disclosing everything in the transaction, that's not inherently unethical at all.
