Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

It isn't fair

iu hope someone,anyone can help me. i am a 26 yo female taking care of my 3 daughters by myself. i didn't chose to to this,i had no choice. but i dont regret it at all. i was in a abuse relationship,my daughters were abused,taken away and put in foster care,because of this. their father,my husband who i am trying to get a divorce from did this. i had a choice to leave him in oklahoma move back to north carolina and get my girls back or they would be put up for adoption. i chose my babies!! now all i want is child support! his parental rights are terminated.HELP ME PLEASE,HE SHOULDNT GET A FREE RIDE.
