Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

family
my mother who has three kids including myself, lives in claremore, Oklahoma. I, the oldest, live in louisiana with my father. my mother went through a common law marrage divorce in Ok with my stepdad, the father of my younger brother, about 2 years ago due to violent behavior. she then recieved custody of my brother.she also just went recently through a breakup with a man, facing charges in drug court. who she was renting out a house with her. Now that he is no longer there she can not afford this house on her own. she has only until the end of june to get out. she would really like to move back to louisiana where my aunt has promised her a job and place to live until she can get on her feet. she hired an attorney only about a month ago telling him her deadline and situation in order to bring her son with her legally to louisiana, but she has had many problems getting the attorney to call her back, and getting mixed answers when he does. Do you have any suggestions for her?

Since the attorney she needs is in Oklahoma, I cannot offer much except tell her to get another attorney.
