Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

If the father or my child tells me he has gotten a Temp. Custody order, but I have received no papers what so ever, am I able to go get my child? He is in Kansas, I am in Oklahoma.

Yes, but as a precaution I would go with a law enforcement officer. It is possible there is a court order that you were given notice of. Good Luck Bob
