divorced couple find out the father of 9years is not the biological father what grounds does he or what kind he do can he force the mother to take a test

I'm afraid I don't understand the question about the mother taking a test.

If the husband, who thought he was the father for nine years, performed the father's role and held himself out as father, he likely has some rights; likewise, a biological father may make a claim for some rights as well. Further recognize with parental rights may come enforceable obligations.
