file an affidavit

i recently filed at motion motion for status conference and got a date set by the courts for hearing about my divorce.

what is the process of filing the affidavit of mailing? after mailing to have to get it signed by a court clerk or simply provide proof of mailing?

I suggest you speak with the court clerk in the county court in which you filed the motion; they will probably tell you exactly what they require.
