Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma
I filed for a divorce in 2006. My wife and I decided to work things out, and never went back to court because I was told by my attorney that it would be dismissed. The judge recently (in 2009) ordered a dismissal without prejudice for failure to prosecute. Does this mean we are still married?

It means that the divorce action you filed has been dismissed, but it can be refiled if you wish. Since no divorce was granted, you are still married.
