Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

I filed a petition for a divorce over a year ago. The case is still open and I want to go through with the divorce. I know normally with children involved you have to wait 90 days to finalize the divorce, but since it has been filed so long and the divorce is uncontested how long would it take.

The 90 day waiting period begins when the petition is filed, therefore, you have already met that requirement.
