Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

I found out after I got remarried, that my first husband never filed the divorce papers. I did it, but it was a few months AFTER I got remarried. Am I in trouble?

Filing for a divorce and finishing the divorce are two very different things. If the divorce you filed was finalized you are okay, if not you need to seek legal help right away and get it done. Good Luck, Bob
