Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My friend lives in Washington state. She hates living there, hates living with her uncle that verbally abuses her, and wants to move to Oklahoma with me. She wants to just get her GED and go to college. But shes 17 years old and doesn't turn 18 till June of 2011. I'm financially capable of taking care of her and she will get a part time job. Is this legally possible? And if so, how? These are the only details I can think of adding.

She needs to file for emancipation and explain her position to the judge. It would be advisable to get a good lawyer in Washington State.
