Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

A girlfriend of mine have a 10 year old daughter by this guy that is in the military Ft.Bragg, NC. He called right before the Christmas ask if she would allow their daughter to catch a plane to North Carolina to spend the holidays and he would have the daughter back by Jan 02, 2011 in time for school. To make a long story short he did not keep his word his intention were to get the daughter there with no intentions of sending her back. She have been recording all their conversations on the phone of his threats. By him being in the military does he has followup with the courts to be able to just take their daughter like that after a verbal arrangement and getting threating me that payment on childsupport is ngoing to stop which his motivator for his actions PLease help direct ine the right direction to get that baby back home. Can you what the lilttle girl is going through barley knowing him telling her she not going back to her mom. Help

Need a court order to return the child. The order will then be served on the man wherever he is posted. It will go through Jag Corp.

Friend needs to call her lawyer.
