Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

RIght to see girlfriend

Recently my girlfriends om has split me and my girlfriend of 7 months up and refuses to let us see each other and threatening a restraining order. Now she has not stated a solid basis for this reason other than ''I dont feel like your right for my daughter''. Now my g/f is 17, And i feel she can decide whats right for her. Is there anyway to legaly fight her moms actions?

Sure, there is an easy solution: Wait till she is 18 and can legally move out. As long as she is in Mom's house and Mom is paying the bills, Mom is in control!

Lets get real here. You are just kids. There is plenty of time. Relax and give it a while.
