Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Grandchild

I am unable to see my grandchild due to a situation between the parents and believe that my grandson,8 months old is in a very unstable environment, and called the necessary authorities and this made my daughter angry. Is there anything I can do to see my grandson? Will I need an attorney?

Re: Grandchild

I would recommend that you seek the advice of a attorney. As a rule grandparents have very few rights, however, an attorney can review the facts and see where you stand. Good Luck, -Bob-
