My grandmother died on nov 23 06 she had a durable power of attorney can someone please explain that to me. Because the person that was the power of attorney is trying to use that form every way they can. Did that form expire when my grandmother passed away

The durable power of attorney terminated when your grandmother passed away. I would suggest providing death certificates to banks, etc. to prevent wrongful use of the durable power of attorney.
