Grandparent Visitation

Our son who has never been married. Has a son, and recently got court ordered visitation for his self. Can grandparents also get court ordered visitation.

Oklahoma has a grand-parental visitation statute that requires certain criteria be met before a court grants visitation. The court has discretion in granting visitation.
