Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My home is in my name only and was paid off before we got married along with all of the personal property in it.

I live in Oklahoma and we have been married 3 yrs now. I quit a good job to become a h/w and now only work 10hrs a week. He has major issues and I want a divorce, but I feel I should get to keep my house and the contents since I owned them for 12 years now. Can I do this or does he get half of everything I have including my

saving account that he is not on, except as an benif. Aslo the money in the savings was all saved by me before we were married.

Generally speaking, property owned prior to marriage (eg. house, personal property, cash in a bank account) remains the seperate property of the original owner. However, there are a number of exceptions to this rule. I would need to speak with you and obtain additional information to give you a complete answer.
