Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My ex husband is suing for custody and my son is saying he wants to live there because he's scared his dad will be mad at him. Can he tell the judge he wants to live with me but have the judge non tell his dad he said that?

Please help court date is soon

There are a couple of factors here: First what is the age of your son? If he is under age 12 he may not be allowed to express a preference either way. Second, it would depend on who your Judge. Most of the Judges will speak to the child in chambers and not reveal any of the conversation. Actually, it is not the child's decision, but the Court's decision where he will live.
