Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Can Husband of 3 weeks keep my belongings?

I was forced to flee an abusive

marriage of 3 weeks in the state of

Oklahoma with belongings I could fit

in my car. My husband had my email

address but not my physical address.

He sought and obtained a divorce

without my knowledge, I was never

notified until he emailed me the

paperwork 4 months after the

divorce was granted (received

yesterday). The Decree of

Dissolution says ''The Respondent is

awarded as her sole and separate

property, free and clear of any claims,

rights, or interest whatsoever of the

Petitioner, the following: All personal

property acquired by her prior to

marriage currently in her

possession;''

Does this mean he will be allowed to

keep the moving van of belongs I

brought into the marriage with no

recourse?
