I suggest getting a message to him in writing; mail, fax, and/or email, and keep a copy of what you send and when you sent it. If no response in one day, repeat, noting in your message the number of times you have unsuccessfully tried. My guess is he will return your call, and likely has had every intention to do so. However, unfortunately, attorneys can and do get exceedingly busy, are human, and sometimes forget or run out of gas. That's not an excuse, and not getting a return call is frustrating, but that's just the reality of the way it sometimes is.
