Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma
I live in Oklahoma and my ex-husband lives in Georgia, in order to collect child support which state do I need to go through. My ex has not payed child support since 2006 and it was sporidic(sp?) then.

If you intend to use the services of DHS, then you should go through Oklahoma. If you want to use an attorney, it will probably be easier to hire a Georgia attorney, since that is where your ex lives and works.
DHS will take more time to initiate collection proceedings, but they only charge a small administrative fee to open a file. An attorney will charge you an hourly fee or take a percentage of any recovery.
