Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

I live in the State of Oklahoma. I have a few general questions. Is there any law that states if gifts given during a marriage can be divided as community property? Also, are wedding rings automatically granted to the spouse they were given to? Lastly, can division of property paperwork be revoked? Our divorce is not finalized yet, and I have not been given everything I requested, and to be honest, I signed the paperwork, before I had , had a chance to become less emotional. Thanks

Gifts are by definition gifts. They are not subject to claim by the donor.

Oklahoma does not recognize community property.

As re wedding rings, if payments are being made, then you can ask the court that the recipient take over the payment or the ring be returned to you due to the cost involved.

Talk to your lawyer about changing whatever you have signed if you have not gone to a hearing.
