Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Hi, I got married to this man 2yrs ago and ever since he abused me physically, emotionally and never gave me any money to spend. He yells at me and has no respect towards me and has taken pictures of dirty vessels, dirty rooms and even recorded my conversations with friends and family. I want to divorce him but i know he wont sign the papers, is there something i can do to prove that he did all this to me and get a divorce? Please Help.

Yes, go to the local shelter for battered women. If you do not know where it is, call or go to the the police and they will help you.

Next contact a divorce attorney. It will be that attorney's responsibility to obtain service. Your spouse's consent is not necessary. Court will order divorce. Oklahoma is a no fault divorce.
