Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Don't know what to do.

I have been married for 4 years in the state of OK. My husband have been caring on inappropriately with other women. He says that he has not ever had an affair. I have found several phone # on the cell phone bill that he has been sending text messages to. I have even called a few. February of 2006 a woman showed up at my work and gave me e-mails that he had sent her. We tried marriage counseling for 4 sessions. He said he only told them what I wanted to here. We are headed for a divorce. He bought a house in Oct. and we were married the following Jan. I have paid the bill and he made the house pmt. What happens to the house. The car he signed the papers on and gave to me. I have been the one making all the payments on it. What happens to it now? What legal options do I have?

It sounds like the car and house are marital property. If moneys earned during the marriage are used to pay a down an asset that was owned prior to marriage, the asset likely is at least partially a marital asset. A judge will divide the assets if you and your spouse cannot agree on a roughly equal division.
