Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Military Divorce

I live in Ohio and my husband who is active duty air force is stationed in Iraq until April. He has made it clear that he will be filing for a divorce upon his return to OH. He is also actively seeing another woman. I want to know what my chances are of keeping my kids if I move to Oklahoma in Feb. and get stable by the time he comes home and files for a divorce? I already know that I can't file myself until I've resided there for at least 6months.

Re: Military Divorce

You don't say whether he is going to ask for full custody. Regard of where the both of you live, the court's favor shared custody or shared parenting.
