Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

my mom yells at me all the time she drinks and it dosent help at all and my dad moved out when i was 12 and he is never around to see any of it happen and when i tell him about it he just tells mt i shouldnt of done soething to make her yell but most of the time she just starts yelling at me and i dont know what to do i have a friends mom that sed she would adopt me but i dont know how to tell my mom i cant stay at home anymore

Depending on your age (16+) you can ask the court to emancipate you. Your friend's family make seek to obtain custody. They need their own lawyer to do so.
