moving to another state w/kids while separated

I've been separated from my husband for 9yrs. because he's abusive to me. He lives in AR. and I moved to OK. 32ml away. I need to move to Mt Pleasant, Texas to go to school to be dental hygeinest. Can I legally do this? He won't help financially and I am sick of being poor. My 2 girls are all for it. I also homeshcool both girls. He didn't seem to mind when I moved before but this will be further away.

He could argue based on the move effectively taking the girls out of his life. But, you too can argue he has not provided child support. The details of the situaiton are most important in making your decision, and I suggest you consider an attorney to work you through it.
