I am trying to obtain the forms for temporary guardianship for my grandson trying to get him out of the abusive drug related environment he has to live in. I was told b y the court house that I needed a Petition of Guardianship; Summons; Order of Hearing and Letters of Guardianship. Can you tell me where I can get copies of thiese items?

It has some basic information requiring the Guardianship process and the associated forms.
