Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Oklahoma - once a divorce is final which gives the house to the wife, and a Quit Claim for the house is executed, can the wife sell the house without need for anything from the ex-husband? (Quit Claim is recorded, equity division is complete.)

Yes. Your ex-husband's consent is not necessary.
