Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Is it Oklahoma State law to put in divorce papers that you are not allowed to have someone of the opposite sex that you are romantically involved with stay/live with you when the child is in the home? That the only way that you can have someone you are romantically involved with stay is to be married to them?

No, language to that effect is not required to be included in a Decree. However, most judges will include a restriction of this nature if one or both parties request it.
