Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma
Using whats already ordered as bribery
Non-custodial parent is ordered to pay 59.2% of earnings for childsupport - thru garnishment, and 59.2% of daycare reimburssment on his own. Non-custodial parent is not happy with meeting place for visitation order and is offering to pay off what he already owes for daycare (nearly $500) if I change the meeting place to be closer to him by 30 miles.
He wants me to sign a statement, then they give me the check for what they owe. Advice please?!

Re: Using whats already ordered as bribery
If he owes the money from a court order you should not have to change anything in order to make him pay; i.e., he can't bargain for you to make a change, and in return simply give you what he already owes. If he wants to make a change to the custody order and what you've been doing in the past to comply with the order, he should go to court and request a modification. I don't know what it is he's wanting you to sign, but I would be careful and hesitant to sign it based on what you've described.
