Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Parental Rights

We were given permission to get my stepson over the holiday weekend from July 1-July 4, with the intent of his mother letting us know where to bring him home on the 4th. However, after phoning 5 times to get a location (each time she didn't know). Last phone call (7-4)told her to please let us know by 10:30a as we would have to leave by then for the day. Never made an attempt to phone until 5:30p. Told her that we would be making the next trip her way the following Sunday. Can she make us leave home again to take him 3 hours to get home?

Re: Parental Rights

The delivery of the child is governed by the order and your possession of the child would be presumed to be with knowledge of the order. You would be required to comply with the order regardless of how unhandy it was.
