parental rights

my son lives with his great grandparent by his mothers choice they will not allow me to visit him or anything i have not signed over rights do i have more rights to my son then they do

Unless there is a court order that prevents you from visiting your son you should be allowed visitation. I would contact a lawyer and have him/her look into for you. All the best
