If both parties signed a paternity affidavit knowing the one party was not the biological parent can the parent refuse to pay child support

I am not exactly sure what you are asking BUT A person who is not the biological parent doesn't have a duty to pay child support. If that doesn't answer your question e-mail or call my office. Thanks, Bob Adcox
