Picture taking

Is it illeal in the state of Oklahoma to photograph an individuals house (non tresspassing), without their permission? If not can you use the photos in court?

I know of no law that would prevent photographing a persons home where it did not involve trespassing on their property. If the photos have evidentiary value, they can be used in court if the fairly and accurately reflect what they are intended to portray.
