Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Pregnant 17 year old

What are a parents options regarding a 17 year old teen who is pregnant, both children's parents do not want this pregnancy, but the two teens do. Legally, since she is a minor, can the parents get an abortion for her? Since she is a minor, can the parents plance her in a teen home or convent, where she can have this child. Both are extremely immature and are a high flight risk. The 17 yr old teen girl also has had years of bulimia. Can't this pregnancy be deemed a medical risk for her and the child?
