Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma
property
Have been married for 32 years but husband never would put my name on the title to the house or land ,he received money from an oil lease .In court is this money half mine too?? He said I'm not entitled to any monies if I divirce him as he owned this place before we married.

With regard to the home, if the home had a mortgage on it with little equity when you married and marital money was used to pay the mortgage and keep up the home, it is marital property. Same with the land and royalities.
