psychology test?

Can I make my ex take an exam to prove to the court she is not mentally stable enough to have custody over my young son? she is very narcissistic and an alcoholic to top it off...

You can't force your ex to take an exam. You need to find specific examples of the questionable behavior, document those examples, and get witnesses to those examples. Put it all together and you'll have evidence.
