Do I qualify for alimony ?
Do I qualify for alimony ? If I have only worked for a short period of time during the whole time we have married. We have been married for 5 and a half yrs and he wouldn't let me work. He only makes about 11.65hr . Do I qualify?

In Oklahoma, support alimony is based on your need and his ability to pay. You were in a relatively short marriage. So, he may have to help you transition into the work force for a short time, but to be honest with you, he doesn't make enough to pay support alimony unless he has very few bills.
