Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

i want to know my rights to my son

ok first i would like to tell you that i am 15 years old and i have a 2 month old son and i would just like to know my rights to him. my grandmother has guardianship of me.I would like to move out of her house because i dont really feel safe there by myself(she works daylight to dark), because i was slapped across the face by here sister-in-law;which lives right behind us; a little while back.I know some people that are legal foster parents and i was wondering if they were willing to take me in could i go and live with them.People have told me that i could tell a judge or something where i wanted to live and if they found it fit for me to live there i could go, but i was just wondering. Also my grandmother has told me she has custody of my son i was just wondering if that was true or not?Another thing, i have been with my boyfriend for a year 11-4-06 and we have put ourselves out to be married to each other i was just wondering if we are common law married?(he is the father of my baby) I was also wondering what the legal age of consent was in Oklahoma. Thank you for your time. I really appreciate it.

I am not sure if Texas recognizes common law marriage. Oklahoma still does. With regard to rights, you are the birth mother? If so, then your grandmother may have guardianship but eventually, you should be able to go into court and seek to terminate the guardianship and obtain custody of the child upon showing that you can provide a safe environment to live in.
