rights
Temporary order already in place, what rights do I have in setting times/place pickup for my son when husband is being stubborn?

Re: rights
You have rights, but the specific answer I'd like to give you, and the one you seek, has everything to do with the facts of the situation. During the temporary order you are to cooperate as necessary. If your husband's actions are detrimental to the child, you should document those actions and your requests to him to cease; you may be able to use those actions later in the proceeding. If you have an attorney you should consult him/her on the specific facts of the situation; if you don't, and you suspect the situation may get difficult, you should consider retaining an attorney to advocate for and enforce your rights, and the rights of your children.
