shared parenting

my ex-wife and I have been divored for

8

yrs. Is it to late to take her back to court

to

get visitation of our 11 yr old girl

changed,

right now I am suppose to have every

other weekend but often see her more

than that but I would like to change to

something a little more, maybe even

joint?

I dont particularly like the enviroment

she

is in now. This is my ex-wifes third

marrage since we divorced

Assuming you and the child live in Oklahoma, you can file a Motion to Modify Decree of Divorce seeking additional visitation. If the child is 12 or older, under Oklahoma law she has substantial influence in telling the judge what kind of visitation or custody arrangements she desires.
