Spouse having an affair at work
If a spouse is having an affair at work with a fellow emplyee can the employer be held responsible. They are sent on business trips and are required to work together from time to time, what can be done about this?

An employer will not, in all probability, beheld responsible or liable for your spouse'swandering. Be careful of making any directstatements to the boss or the other person-you could be exposed to libel/slander. Find a good domestic lawyer nearby-if your factsare provable, you have grounds for divorce.Just think, you may end up with 1/2 of the employers pension plan for your spouse.
