Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Spouse takes child out-of-state and abandons wife and home

If married and husband is the sole provider decides to take child with him to another state leaving wife (unemployed) with all the obligations, does the wife/mother have any rights? What is the legalities of this? Just want the child back? Husband has been arrested prior for domestic violence and was currently attending an anger management class as a court order.

Why not just file for divorce? Husband will (as a general rule) pay half of debts and he will also receieve have of the martial assets? The court will set up a visitation schedule. Good luck.
