Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

What steps do I take to get custody of my grandchilden their mom &dad has pretty much abandoned them here with me thay have been by maybe 4 times in 6months to see them &only 5 min at a time what do I do

You must file for custody in court for malicious abandonment and be prepared to provide proof of this abandonment.
