Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

How do I stop my child support payments after my child turns 18?

HELP! My son turned 18 2 years ago. I am still having my checks garnished for child support and am unable to hire counsel to have this resolved. How do I go about filing the papers Pro Se? Please email me the proper forms to fill out so that I am have them filed myself without the expense of an attorney. Thank You!!

I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

If you do not owe child support arrearages and your 18 year old son is the youngest child, you can file a motion to terminate support signed pro se. If your decree is out of Tulsa County, you could contact the domestic court clerk staff and they may be able to help you. If DHS is handling collection of the support, they could terminate it.
