Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma
I am a swf, 28, with a 17 mon. old dau. Her father, & I left Illinois 14 mos. ago to live in OK where he had a job offer right out of college as a Geologist. I left a good job w/benefits and my family behind to be with him & stay home w/our daughter. Our home, our cars, everything is in his name and he just called off our wedding. He wants out & I don't know my rights or where to turn. Please help me.
