Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Hello

my Ex wife claimed child on tax for credits, even though I was ordered to be allowed to claim child on that year. She took $2,200 from me for that alone, Child support enforcement records are not accurate based on my reciepts, and they refuse to take care of it without an attorney. I have spent over $16,000 in attorney fees.

You could file a contempt citation against your ex and seek reimbursement or a reduction in past due support.
