My wife filed and her lawyer wants my tax returns to set up child support, should i give them to her?

There is no reason to refuse this request since, through the use of formal discovery, she is entitled to these records. You should request that your wife provide you with her tax returns and documentation of current income. then you can run the calculations to determine child support yourself.
